I am a psychological counselor working from Integrative therapy based mainly on the approach of Contextual therapies and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, selecting the most appropriate for each particular client. 

I support people in their life crisis, trying together to improve their life satisfaction by increasing their self-knowledge, getting a better understand of the roots of the problems and acquiring tools to better manage them.

I have trained and worked as a psychotherapist and clinical psychologist, assisting and supporting people with diverse problems such as depression and mood disorders, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and attachment issues.

About me

I am a psychological counselor and a professional coach (ICF) living in Munich (Germany).

I was born and raised in Argentina where I worked as a clinical psychologist and private psychotherapist. After several professional experiences in my country, specially working with anxiety, depression and other disorders, I had to emigrate to Spain and then to Germany, circumstances that allowed me to develop a deeper self-knowledge, learn from adversity and rebuilt my life...the life that I choose to live.
